Legal Recognition for LifeLock’s Sharon Segev

The best in-house lawyers are those who are changing the business world and, in many cases, steering companies through uncharted territory. That description comes from the Silicon Valley Business Journal and the San Francisco Business Times, which, every year, recognize the achievements of standout in-house lawyers at Bay Area companies.

I’m proud to share that LifeLock General Counsel Sharon Segev is a winner of the publications’ Bay Area Corporate Counsel Awards. I can’t think of anyone more deserving.

LifeLock General Counsel Sharon Segev

Sharon and her team are committed to helping protect our 4.5 million members’ identities and supporting the work of many teams at LifeLock. One of our core company values is “being the best,” and I see that exemplified every day in Sharon. She is an inspiration to everyone at the company.

Sharon is as passionate about the law as she is about advancing women in the workplace. She has been recognized by The Recorder as one of the leading women in technology law and is a member of HiPower, a group of senior women executives focused on accelerating women’s advancement in leadership positions.

Given the evolution of technology, and LifeLock’s commitment to delivering new products and services to our members and customers, Sharon must be not only well-versed in the rule of law, but also comfortable applying it in new situations. Like so many in the Silicon Valley, she is on the front lines of innovation, and we couldn’t be prouder to have her leadership and legal intellect on our team.
